[Satcoord] e-mail forwarder

As you are not using a GMail account... You should receive this one twice :

   - one coming from  satcoord at iaru.org
   - another one from satcoord at iaru-r1.org


Now the fun with GMail : Google is apparently clever enough to see that
this is twice the same email and does not deliver it twice...
